Return and Exchange Policy – Tawredex
Regarding exchange, return, and complaint requests, please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase:
Some products have a limited shelf life determined by the manufacturer. Therefore, please review the product details before purchasing.
If you notice a defect or damage to the product upon receipt, you have the right to refuse the order and request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel it within 48 hours free of charge.
If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
For any exchange or return request, please contact Tawredex Customer Service as soon as possible through the available communication channels on the website.
If there is visible damage to the products upon receipt, you have the right to refuse the order and file a complaint directly through Customer Service or the website's WhatsApp number.
Clear photos of the damaged product or the problem must be attached when submitting a complaint. The product must not be opened or the original, sealed packaging removed.
After your complaint is accepted by the Tawredex customer service team, the refund process may take up to 14 business days. This timeframe may be extended due to holidays, technical issues, or delays from financial institutions or shipping companies.
If you wish to exchange an item that is not defective, or if the correct product was delivered in perfect condition, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For all exchanges and returns, the product must be:
In its original condition.
Unused and unopened.
In its original packaging.
Any request that does not meet these conditions, or any additional conditions set by Tawredex, will not be accepted.
We guarantee that our products have a shelf life of at least 3 months from the date of purchase and are therefore not considered near-expiry. If you request a return or exchange for this reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
