We would like to inform our valued customers that after order processing, issuance of the shipping label, and delivery to the shipping company, the carrier becomes responsible for transportation and delivery. Tawredex is not liable for any damages or delays resulting from the shipping process. Furthermore, refunds are non-refundable after delivery to the shipping company except in the cases outlined in our approved exchange and return policy.

Fifth: Delivery and Collection
If no recipient is present at the specified location, the delivery person may leave after waiting for a period not exceeding 10 minutes.
The customer will be contacted only via the mobile number registered in the order. After the order is handed over to the shipping company, Tawredex is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the carrier.
Sixth: Order Modification or Cancellation
The store reserves the right to refuse modification or cancellation requests after order confirmation.
If a cancellation request is accepted after the shipment has been prepared, administrative or shipping fees may be applied and deducted from the refund.
If an item is found to be unavailable, the customer may choose a similar alternative or cancel the unavailable item.
Seventh: Product Shelf Life

Fresh or food products may have a limited shelf life by their nature.
In the event of receiving an expired product, the store's responsibility is limited to returning the product and refunding its price only.
Products with a shelf life exceeding 3 months from the date of purchase are not considered near their expiry date.
